CHECK-OUT is 12 NOON unless other arrangements have been made with the office.

ILLEGAL DRUGS are not allowed.  Anyone with illegal drugs will be removed immediately and turned over to law enforcement officials.

LAUNDRY & RESTROOMS:  Please leave restrooms as you would like to find them.  We take pride in their cleanliness.  NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED IN ANY OF THE PARK'S BUILDINGS. Laundry room is to be vacated by the time posted on the door.

THIS IS A PRIVATE RV PARK.  Owners are not responsible for accidents or injuries to our customers and their guests; or loss due to accident, fire or theft.  No illegal acts shall be commited which would place owners in violation of any Federal, State or County laws.  There is a charge to repair or replace damages done to water faucets or electric boxes.  Please shut off the breakers before plugging in or unplugging your rv from power supply boxes to avoid possible surge or shock.  We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the premises if they are not cooperative.

FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND.

PETS ARE WELCOME - SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING:

No pets over 30 Lbs.  They must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet long and under physical control of the owner/handler at all times.  Please walk your pets on a leash at all times in park and clean up after them IMMEDIATELY. Do not leave them unattended outside your r.v.  Excessively barking or aggressive dogs are not allowed.  No pet pens, cages or kennels or tie-outs allowed .  Do not walk dogs in mobile home park.  ABSOLUTELY NO PIT-BULLS, CHOWS, OR ROTTWEILLERS.

SWIMMING: AT YOUR OWN RISK.  NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.  Swim diapers required for infants, and swim suits required for everyone.

CHILDREN are to be supervised and parents must assume responsibility for all actions of their children and their guest's children.  Small children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.  Bicycles must be ridden on roads only.

GARBAGE must be placed in park dumpsters.  CIGARETTE BUTTS and bottle caps are considered garbage and should be disposed of properly.

FIREARMS:  No firearms, fireworks, projectiles or projectile launchers allowed.

ALCOHOL:  Alcoholic beverages should in a cup.  Cans and bottles must be in a coozie or wrapped to cover label. No drunken or disorderly conduct permitted.

CAMPSITE:  No changing of sites unless authorized by the park office.  Sites limited to 4 persons per sites (extra charge of $2/day/person over 2 adults.) All campers and guests must be registered with office.  Two cars maxinum per site.  No cargo trailers on long-term sites.

GRILLS AND CAMPFIRES:  Campfires are prohibited unless you have a small self contained free standing fire pit. Fire ring at the clubhouse can only be used with management approval.  Grills must have legs and cannot be placed on park picnic tables. All said fires must be extinguished before being left unattended.

GA LAW requires the use of a threaded adapter or rubber grommet for sewer hook-up.  Please do not put anything down septic system exept toilet paper made for r.v.s. (No food, grease, feminine hygiene products, etc.)

WASHING MACHINES: Use of onboard r.v. washing machines is prohibited.  For your convenience, laundry facilities are available.
